Consultant/Staff Specialist/VMO in Psychiatry - Community

This is a community role - Seeking consultants available to cover blocks of 13 weeks. This is a Community role - please do not present consultants that only wish to work in an inpatient setting - this is a community role. On call is expected at least twice in a month.

Accommodation:

ISLHD MHS will reimburse the agency on invoice for accommodation. The allowance is $200 per night plus GST. Please attach accommodation invoice/receipts marked as ‘Paid’

Hire Cars:

ISLHD MHS will reimburse the cost of hire cars (medium/intermediate sedan/hatch only).

Alternatively, if a locum is using their own car, mileage will be reimbursed to the candidate VIA VMoney only at the 50% ATO rate, currently 44 cents per kilometre.

There is NO allowance available for candidates that wish to make their own car hire arrangements or do not have claimable mileage.

Please note ISLHD MHS do not cover flights or the journey ‘to and/or from’ the placement.
