"Manning Mental Health is a 20-bed acute In-patient unit located on the Manning Rural Referral Hospital campus as well as a range of Community Mental Health Services. This service also covers the nearby Forster service. If you are the consultant covering Forster you will be required to attend Forster for face to face clinics.

Services provided include general adult, C&A, mental health services for older people and rehabilitation.

The consultant position has 2 registrars and 2 JMOs and supportive medical staff, at times you may be the only consultant.

The role involves supervision of junior medical staff, so accreditation as a RANZCP supervisor is advantageous.

This position includes working in the Mental Health Inpatient Unit and Community Mental Health, Telehealth may also be required"
