Armidale is seeking a Surgical Registrar to provide cover within the Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) Department due to a registrar staffing deficit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily ward rounds for Obstetrics & Gynaecology patients.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Prepare discharge summaries and associated clinical documentation.
- Assist in theatre with obstetric and gynaecological procedures.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, junior medical staff, midwives, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
This role is ideal for a Surgical Registrar with experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology who is confident managing ward-based responsibilities and providing intraoperative assistance.
